"Use Active Item Refreshing" setting
If I disable this setting will the plugin give items on spawn instead of a set time interval?
I'm using this plugin for ammo and after dying and respawning I have to wait until the plugin repopulates the hidden slots.
Via enableling or disableing "Use Active Item Refreshing" you will only enable/disable the item refill every x amount of settings. This has nothing to do with giving items on respawn or on init, it does this automatically without need of changing anything in the config.
I tried it a few hours ago, with that setting enabled when I spawn I have to wait for the plugin to repopulate the hidden slots, with that setting disabled it just populates the hidden slots on spawn, instead of every X seconds.
True, that is the case when you load the plugin.

You probably got that mixed up because on player spawn it does not use that timer whatsoever
If I start the server with "Use Active Item Refreshing" enabled the plugin will eventually fill the hidden slots after X amount of seconds after I spawn.
If I start the server with "Use Active Item Refreshing" disabled it will not give my the hidden items, but if I change the setting to enabled, reload the plugin, disable it again and reload the plugin it will refill the hidden slots on spawn, which is precisely what I'm trying to achieve.

Any help with this issue? I'd like to keep this settings disabled so players don't have to wait for bullets on respawn but I have to repeat the process I described on the second half of my last post every time I restart the server.
Does lowering the Refresh Time to something like 5 seconds affect performance?

"Affect Performance" - I mean thats always hard to say. If you do something significantly more frequently its generally quite obvious that this then also takes up more resource time. In this case giving items to all players with the permission every 5 seconds seems totally unneccessary in my opinion. If you for some reason really need to do this, then why not try it out, see it yourself if it affects performance in your case.

All this does is regive all the components, maybe consider upping stacksize of them in particular rather than lowering time to re-give the items.
