Displays direction and distance to corpse after respawn or on command

On respawn, or when a player types /where, an arrow with distance (meters) is displayed for the player showing them where their corpse was last seen.
After respawn, the arrow disappears after 60 seconds. When using the /where chat command, the arrow disappears after 30 seconds.
