Welcome TP randomly selects a spawn point for new players out of the ones you have set yourself with the in-game command described below. This is useful for servers who want new players to be teleported to a the hub or shop etc.
Note: This plugin determines new players on whether they have the permission welcometp.used or not. If they have the permission, they'll not be teleported to the set position. If they don't have it, they'll be teleported when they connect. So, all players that connect after this plugin has been loaded will be classed as new players.
Permissions

Commands
This plugin provides universal chat and console commands. When using a command in the chat, prefix it with a forward slash: /.
tpset-- Set the position where you currently are and saved it into the datafile
Stored Data
This plugin stores start position data in the data/WelcomeTP.json file. Deleting this file would remove all positions previously set.
Localization
The original author may request that this plugin be removed and there is a risk that the plugin may be unavailable in the future.
Note that the current maintainer may not have permission to assign a license to the plugin if they are not the original author, so explicit permission would need to be obtained from the original author in order for the plugin to remain openly available and guarantee that it will be around for all to enjoy going forward.
