Upgrade Permissions allows only players with permission to upgrade to certain tiers of structures, based on assigned permissions.
Permissions
upgradepermissions.wood-- Allows player to upgrade structures to the wood tierupgradepermissions.stone-- Allows player to upgrade structures to the stone tierupgradepermissions.metal-- Allows player to upgrade structures to the metal tierupgradepermissions.toptier-- Allows player to upgrade structures to the top tier
Note: This plugin will automatically handle any new tiers that Rust may have added to it. The format for the permissions would all be: upgradepermissions.TIERNAME.
