Allows auto turrets and samsites to target Patrol Helicopters and Chinooks

Allows auto turrets to target Patrol Helicopters. To enable Powerless Turrets, set "Auto Turrets need power?" to false. This will enable players to use the middle mouse button to toggle the auto turret On/Off.

Plugin will work for any newly placed Auto Turrets, after plugin install

PLEASE UNINSTALL ANY OLDER PLUGIN VERSION, THEN DELETE OLD CONFIGS IN THE DATA, CONFIG AND LANGUAGE FOLDER FOR FRESH INSTALL
