Allows for slight management of radiated zones around the map

Radiation Manager provides the ability to modify the radiated zones around the map, by changing radiation strength. By changing the value of the high tier zones from 51 to 50, you will effectively remove "radiation leak" so you will be able to survive with a radsuit everywhere.
