Boost or decrease the health of all NPC players by scaling damage dealt to them

This plugin scales the damage dealt to NPC player, thereby making them weaker or stronger. For example if you want your scientists to be twice as hard to kill.
Configuration
There is currently only 1 setting to make all NPC players weaker or stronger. If you want them to be twice as tough to kill then set the setting to "2.0". If you want them to be twice as easy to kill set the setting or "0.5".
