Chinook crates drop loot in a bag a configurable amount of time after hacking finishes

Chinook Crate To Bag provides a solution to an existing problem within Rust where players leave item(s) in chinook crates and they won't despawn. This issue often occurs with the oil rig monuments, where a player will take out all of the NPCs and be greeted with a chinook crate with a single item in it. With this simple plugin, the crate will despawn and the crate's loot will drop in a bag a configurable amount of time after it's done being hacked, 15 minutes by default, which allows for a new crate to spawn.
