Automatically spectate random players based on a given interval

autospectate.use-- Allows player to use the plugin to automatically spectate
Commands
There is one command, replace [seconds] with the amount of seconds you would like to set the spectate interval to. This value is not required, and not providing one will use the default.
The commands are best used with a key bind. Example: bind b autospectate 30
/autospectate [seconds]
Note: To disable auto spectate, simply re-run the command. Including the seconds paramater does not affect this usage
