After almost 3 hours of testing. Myself and two of my moderators would like to report some things. First off, this plugin is over 9k lines of code. Great job on that part. It is greatly appreciated... especially when it's free after all that work! This plugin has the potential to be the best of it's kind!
Now to the issues, and possible updates to really make this plugin elite.
Stats/Skills:
First thing I would like to say is, these two things do not really need to be. Skills should be a thing, but stats is just an extra that feels unnecessary. The Might stat categories could just be in the skills category. Everything in the stats category are skills so doing this just makes sense.
When it comes to the Chemist stat category. That should be retired, and move crafting speed into Mentality. Mentality should be a skill. Mentality is learning, learning something builds skill.
Basically what I am saying, is the stats category should be removed and move all of the stats and make them skills.
Might stats:
After much testing, this category needs the most work. When it comes to Armor, it only works correctly after you die. So for example, my moderator went up to lvl 5 while he was alive. When shot in the head, it was taking the damage and the extra health your plugin gives was being reduced, but he was also still losing health from the default rust health bar. After he died, it worked as intended. The red bar only took the damage, and his health stayed at 100 until the red bar was depleted.
Cold Resistance:
This one seems to work and lessens cold to the player when they are naked, but does nothing when they have any type of clothing on. For example, both of my mods where totally naked and one of them had lvl 5 cold resistance, and the other had no levels for that category. The one with the lvl 5 only had -19 cold max while naked, as the one with no levels maxxed at -32 while naked. When they both put a snow jacket on, they both went to -19 cold. That doesn't add up, and negates the use of that category. If you have higher levels then someone who doesn't you should be warmer than them when mirroring a clothing item.
Anything under 1.0xp dosen't work:
As the title states, I was trying to only give 0.5 ect. per hit on a tree. Sadly it does nothing when set to anything under 1.0
