After 3 hours of testing. Here is my report (Bugs and Suggestions)

After almost 3 hours of testing. Myself and two of my moderators would like to report some things. First off, this plugin is over 9k lines of code. Great job on that part. It is greatly appreciated... especially when it's free after all that work! This plugin has the potential to be the best of it's kind!

Now to the issues, and possible updates to really make this plugin elite.

Stats/Skills:

First thing I would like to say is, these two things do not really need to be. Skills should be a thing, but stats is just an extra that feels unnecessary. The Might stat categories could just be in the skills category. Everything in the stats category are skills so doing this just makes sense.

When it comes to the Chemist stat category. That should be retired, and move crafting speed into Mentality. Mentality should be a skill. Mentality is learning, learning something builds skill.

Basically what I am saying, is the stats category should be removed and move all of the stats and make them skills.

Might stats:

After much testing, this category needs the most work. When it comes to Armor, it only works correctly after you die. So for example, my moderator went up to lvl 5 while he was alive. When shot in the head, it was taking the damage and the extra health your plugin gives was being reduced, but he was also still losing health from the default rust health bar. After he died, it worked as intended. The red bar only took the damage, and his health stayed at 100 until the red bar was depleted.

Cold Resistance:

This one seems to work and lessens cold to the player when they are naked, but does nothing when they have any type of clothing on. For example, both of my mods where totally naked and one of them had lvl 5 cold resistance, and the other had no levels for that category. The one with the lvl 5 only had -19 cold max while naked, as the one with no levels maxxed at -32 while naked. When they both put a snow jacket on, they both went to -19 cold. That doesn't add up, and negates the use of that category. If you have higher levels then someone who doesn't you should be warmer than them when mirroring a clothing item.

Anything under 1.0xp dosen't work:

As the title states, I was trying to only give 0.5 ect. per hit on a tree. Sadly it does nothing when set to anything under 1.0

As for the stats/skills being separate, the idea behind them being separated was originally because stats change overall player abilities like unlocking stuff, health, dodge, and anything that effects the character itself while skills only effect the things the player does in the world. So basically player vs environment differences. Because of that difference they also have different point rewards for for each level. I do admit the Chemist shouldn't be in the stats category and due to the lack of things available for it then it could just be merged into one of the other skills. I am currently working on a new skill entirely that will most likely take that single ability from chemist and add more. That's a surprise skill I don't want to give too much info about until it's implemented.

Might: I'm not sure why your mods are not getting updated in realtime with the armor as that was one thing I tested thoroughly while adding and resetting the stats repeatedly to make sure it would increase and remove any extra health and to work with teas... I will see if I can replicate this issue and find a fix. Do you have any other mods that effect a player's metabolism by chance?

Cold: This is one that was very tricky to implement as well as the heat resistance. I wasn't entirely sure if it would add to clothing or not and I had someone else ask me about the radiation one which seemed to stack on any rad resistant clothing so I assumed the cold would as well. I only vaguely tested the cold and heat and I probably was naked at the time. That was done early on in the mod and I never went back and fully tested it as there's been alot of other things being done. I will see what I can do to make the cold and heat stack on clothing properly.

Appreciate the response. If your not okay with removing the stats and moving them into skills. Could we get a true/false option for each stat and skill category then? As in if we do not want to have that category, we can set it to false and it removes it from being there? That would be nice.

Adding an option to enable and disable each stat/skill will be a good option. I will look at doing that. Combining them however into one category would require rewriting most the plugin as the whole system is written with them separate including the points per level. You can set them both to get the same points per level in the admin panel if desired but take in consideration the stats will give players a much strong stance as they effect the character itself. Skills don't change the character in any way that will effect their survival against other players or attacks/damage like stats do. Will list these suggestions on my notepad and implement them as I work on the next update.

Does it also do this when you reset your stats? Or is it only when you first apply points to might?

Just experienced a glitch I believe. After I just hit lvl 1 and earned my stat and skill points. I died, and now I'm getting this. Nothing seems to be working correctly and the number in the green bar is going up, plus the green bar is way off.

Ok it sounds like when you died you lost xp and your level. It put you back to level 0 but didn't recalculate your bar and xp properly. I'll look at what could cause that. I'm sure that might be just when you go back to 0.

Armor: I've been trying repeatedly on my test server to replicate this issue and can't. Even after resseting the mod and starting over it seems to work fine. I'm going to continue to try and replicate this and find out why your having this problem. I've also reached out to others I know that are using the mod and they haven't experienced this issue either.

XP: did you adjust any of the starting level or xp requirement settings? If so you must click the "Fix Player Data" button on the admin menu to properly adjust all the players data with your new settings for those.
