If the plugin unloads, there a good chance you have an error somewhere.

Try and check on server startup if you get any errors.
I don't think it's possible for plugins to unload other plugins.

hmm never have errors with truepve when starting (also not with zonemanager).. Also now after restarting the server

@Wulf any ideas? What goes wrong? @rfc1920 also doesnt reply on the forums, guess he is busy and I respect that. 

Its a good plugin, but if people sometimes can kill each other my complete server is broken. Would also love to pay or donate when my problem is fixed..

I've not really familiar with every plugin on here. :P

I'd give people time to reply, many have numerous plugins and other priorities over this.

Still no solution :(

Everything else then player damage works perfect 24/7
If there are other plugins handling player damage via OnEntityTakeDamage(), they could be overriding settings in TruePVE.  I really don't know the order of how they are called, but it is possible that loading order is it.  In that case, reloading TruePVE after the server is started might help, as you have seen.  I am curious what other plugins are involved here.  But, if you have daily restarts scheduled you might add TimedExecute.cs to force a reload of TruePVE right after the server is normally expected to be back.
Oeh very helpfull tip, will spit my plugins through to onentitytakedamage! And will install timedexecute. And then wait and test!

FIXED! It was dangerous treasures mod! Didnt know it had pvp function.. And there was also a section off making the whole server pvp
