I need help with this too. Literally everytime I move a weapon from any inventory to my hot bar everything is stripped and lost.

I just fixed this, set your weapon stack size multiplier to 1.0 (do same for attire and tools as well for chainsaw fuel and miners hat fuel) and their hard stack limit to 0. THEN for the stuff you want stackable, explosives, grenades, set them as individual item exceptions.

I do not have time to investigate more... Reinstalled the plugin 2 times completely already, unloaded all loot-related plugins like LootBouncer/MagicLoot also QuickSmelt if somehow can break anything but still the same... Then threw back the 3.2.2 and works fine so gonna stay with 3.2.2 for now idk...
This should be fixed in the latest update as well.

I just updated to the latest release and I am getting the CanMoveItem errors as shown above.
This seems to be triggered by RIGHT-CLICK moving weapons.. dragging doesn't seem to do it.
