2.0.4 works just fine. Don't update from that one and you'll get a perfectly fine, easily configurable, straightforward plugin.

I migrated from 2.0.4 because of problems with stacking and went back lto 2.0.2 which had few(er) problems, i am now on the latest version which is better than 2.0.4 by a long shot.
