Still not stacking after Update for me,

Have you restarted your server?

Check your data file, is water and salt_water custom and vanilla values positive numbers?

For me it didn't stack still when I updated the plugin, I had to restart the server for it to take effect.

Same, It didn't take effect until a server restart.

Also, If the Custom stack size is 0, shouldn't the plugin use vanilla stack size ?
Meaning that default like this should work :

Hello, thanks for all your work. I am having the water stack issue on my server - Water pumps not filling, etc - Has this been fixed in the most recent release?

Check your datafile for water and salt.water stacksize (or use stacksizecontroller.itemsearch water) and let me know what the stack size says.
