can you remove chat feed and just have the feed at the top left

You can disable chat messages in the config. Just change 

"Allow kill messages in chat along with kill feed": true,

from True to false.

is it possible to do the contrary?
i want to have the kill feed only in chat :)

If you want chat only you should use a different Plugins like Death Notes or what else is out there.  This plugin was made with UI in mind so feed UI is always on.
