After updating to the latest Oxide Stable version (2.0.4217) when booting up the server, it appears the server doesn't try to load the plugins. Any commands fail to work (such as /fly, /help, /bgrade, despite having all of the relevent plugins installed). Reloading all plugins with `oxide.reload *` doesn't do anything. When manually reloading a plugin with something such as `oxide.reload BGrade`, the plugin is loaded, and the commands for that plugin start to work.
At that point, `oxide.reload *` will then happily reload all of the plugins that I have manually reloaded. It would appear Oxide isn't recognising or trying to load the plugins automatically, and waits until they're manually run by me.
This was not happening before the most recent update. Any idea what could be causing this, please?

You have one broken plugin that is causing the rest to break. Find the broken one, remove it or update it, the rest will work.
