try typing "plugins" in youe rcon console and see if it is installed. it should list all your plugins,  And you should realy post it in Nteleportation "help" section to get the best response, the same for any other plugins that you need help with as they all have their own support pages and the answer to your questions might already be in there.

According to the screenshot two of the plugins failed to compile, in other words they are not loaded, so delete the two plugins from your plugin folder and load them again, remember you dont change anything in the .cs folder (actual plugin) only config/data and lang files,
and to give the permission to everyone you type (in chat) /oxide.grant group default <permission name> and you should get a response, in console you type the same thing but without the /

ok i fixed most of them i cant get the gpay system to work with rust is there only one dontaion thing sdonate ?
