hello i just rented a server and i am trying to get it to 2x and nobp/tp/clan.  Is there a way someone can help me out. I watched a ton of youtube vidoes and they all seem to run me in a big circle. I do have oxide mod install thanks to game servers

GSPs will provide you a method to install plugins, usually FTP (though some have custom web panels).

Last I remember, gameservers provides an FTP option, so you would need a FTP client then connect to your server filesystem with the information they provide.

So when you get the mod I want and put it in the oxide folder how would i get it to 2x gather 

After installing a plugin it is typical to configure it how you want, assign permissions if applicable, and/or reload the plugin to apply your changes.  All of this is covered in the documentation.
