I'm searching if there is a mod that does the following.

When a user goes offline, all the lights in his base are automatically turned off. 

1. Flashing lights
2. Xmas lights
3. TL office lights ( ceiling lights )
4. Neon signs
5. Any other possible flashing resource, boomboxes, music speakers that have further no use on a PvE server when the user is offline.

Spotlights need to turn them off as well...but I have been looking for an addon to do this as well. I would like this addon to use rust teams, friends and clans. I am willing to pay (or split costs) for an addon that will do this

maybe can make somthing to limit how many they can place on one building block.
