Does anyone know if there is a certain setting to get blueprints to drop in barrels and crates? No blueprints are dropping on my server at all.

Hey,
I would suggest installing the BetterLoot plugin: https://umod.org/plugins/better-loot and then head over to https://blmc.artemdanilkin.ru/
You can then edit the contents of what is in loot, including blueprints for items. When you're happy, click export and download the loottables.json file and replace the existing one in Oxide>data>BetterLoot
Make sure you restart your server for these to take affect.
P.S - Make sure you backup the original file, just in case.
