Yes SteamChecks works great , I only ban private profile and Vac/Game Bans no problems with it for the last few years

It's very simple to configure, "Broadcasting" is whether to broadcast the kick messages to chat or not, and "Kicking" is depending on what Steam information the player gets kicked for. Otherwise, everything is clear as in the documentation
am I go to restart server for working this script or only drag and drop ang configure via ftp?
No need to restart the server, just drag the plugin to the "oxide/plugins" folder and let it load. After that head to the "oxide/config" folder, open SteamChecks.json, and edit it. Once you finish, reload the plugin to apply the changes.

It won't work on you as you're using your own Steam API Key
