Hi, I would like to know if there is a plugin to advert when there is a locked crate at the airfield, water treatment, train yard and more, if not, can someone create it ?

You could use GUIAnnouncements to declare when the Chinook arrives, since it always drops the crate.

Actually, since the recent update it now specifically has a crate drop announcement - it can even announce the grid :)
