I'm returning to the game from a long stint away. I'm wondering if anyone would be so kind as to help an admin out who is trying to put together a very slow-pace server. I absolutely hate how quickly players get all BPs and run rampant within one day on decently populated servers. There's always been a gap in this game which is why I left previously for something not as extreme as a primitive (bows only) server and a 3x. I'm hoping to acheive a balance that is rewarding but also not as psychopathic as most servers out there are. I'd appreciate any links to mods that can help:
1) Introduce the concept of time/delays/progress to events, drops, and available loot, for example...
- Customize what drops are in the world by time, e.g., explosives/rockets wouldn't even spawn anywhere in the server for at least 48 hours
- T2 and T3 workbenches may be delayed by time
- Spawn rates of resources could be throttled by time, e.g., more sulfur may spawn after 48 hours
- Cargo, helicopter, timed crates, would be much more rare and be controlled by time
3) Once enough people reach a level of progress/time has passed, this would trigger a wipe and people could vote to wipe
I'm sure there are other things here I'm missing, but would appreciate any pointers to mods/code that fits what I'm trying to do here, otherwise I'll have to build it myself, thanks
