In your server try deleting the steamapps folder and re download the update and install oxide... Im just running down the possible ways to fix this?
Looks like you got provlem with some kind of UI. If you change any settins recently which works with UI and made a mistake it can happen. Check you .json files

If its UI based its something that messes with the death screen as I see that in like 2 or 3 lines of that errror.

after a wipe u can for sure but no other sulotion found atm .. have this atm again .. are u using this plugin? https://umod.org/plugins/player-administration

a friend said its maybe because of this plugin but i have no clue about that

Just a guess, but some plugins that do stuff when a player respawns can go wrong if the player is 'receiving snapshot'.  Could it be that?

i found a solution !delete the player.db3 file done

Player was on earlier, he got off and got offlined and killed. He changed his Steam name in the mean time. When he tried to log back in:

He changed his name back and tried again and was disconnected again. It'll fix on wipe with the deletion of the db files.

I also get this error from time to time. Being admin on my own server, the rest of the players enter normally.

This only happens when I do a partial wipe, that is, I only change the map and keep the bp and the rest of the files.

I have tried to disable the mods, to remove the admin, ... And nothing. I think it has to do with some file that stored the state of my player. Because the player really doesn't get to spawn on the map so that another admin can kill me.

The only solution I have found is to do Full Wipe. Delete all db files and this will be resolved. But I think you have to dig into the error and have it show more details of debugging the error to see exactly where it came from.

guys just stop your server delete the file --> player.deaths.3 and start its fixed then
