Yes, I've added that missing information to the plugin's page.
My players are able to use PM without that permission, but I will grant it anyway.

Are you sure you're using the latest version? Permissions are only used when enabled in the config file.

Weird, it is up-to-date but the config file wasn't even in the same order as the default config and the permission line was missing.
