A frequent complaint on my server is players missing restart announcements. GUIAnnouncements constantly reminds players but they still seem to miss it and then lose loot with rollback.
What i'd like is a small panel somewhere on the screen with a message like "Next server restart in hours / seconds" that's constantly counting down.
So the config file should have the option to add as many times as you want (mine restarts twice a day), axis option to move the panel around the screen and maybe a /hiderestart command for players that don't want to view it all the time

Already have that. Even though it puts a big banner at the top of the screen 20 times before it restarts, they still miss them. 

Smooth restart does this.
