Suggestion: Ability to create Home teleports on tugboats

Just like title says... having the ability to create a Home teleport location on a Tugboat. Probably significantly complicated and probably not worth the effort, but still could be cool. :)

Would'nt it be a moving location ? The plugin would have to re-calculate the new position coords each time you tp'ed to it

Added support for players to set homes on tugboats
Added support for tugboats to bypass `Interrupt => Water` setting
Added support for tugboats to use relevant `Usable Into Building Blocked` settings
Added `Interrupt => Tugboats` (false)
Added `nteleportation.locationradiusbypass` to bypass `Location Radius`
Fixed `Interrupt => Boats` being overridden by `Interrupt => Mounts` (you must set Boats true to interrupt on them now)
Removed nteleportation.tphome so it cannot accidentally be given to players which would allow them to teleport to any other players home - replaced with nteleportation.admin

you don't really need to do anything except try /sethome and then /home on the tugboat. before, during and after moving it. make sure it persists through server restart, plugin reload, etc

All homes are being reset on server restart with this version

my homes were not reset after a server restart. upload and link me to your config and oxide log. please don't paste the contents here it's too spammy and difficult to read

I"m having a few players losing their home tp on tugboats. Is this a known issue with 1.7.7?

nah, no reports of it either from my testers since tugboats were released

it won't remove a home on a tugboat unless the tugboat doesn't exist, or they didn't set the home on the tugboat while parented to it. if the tugboat moves and you do not move with it then you are not parented to it

i can't tell you without the exact message when the home failed
