They may be able to implement support for Rust:IO Clans The plugin is more complete to use in Rust.
I don't think Rust:IO Clans is really supported anymore, so it probably wouldn't be that useful. Rust:IO Clans also needs to be renamed to RustIOClans to avoid conflicts with the universal Clans plugin, so it would need to use a separate reference and checks.
If you modify the configuration name and adapt the data to universal Clans plugin, is it solved? Or just by modifying the configuration name can it be solved?

The Rust:IO Clans plugin needs to be renamed, that is the first step that the author or admin will have to do.
Whether or not the maintainer for NTeleportation would like to support it, that's up to them.
