Scarecrows follow but do not attackFixed

as the title says, so far i only played with timer and safezone target. but i dont think its related to that. my players like the ez loot tho

same everywhere. AI update broke all NPC across several plugins

For anyone scrambling to get some NPCs working on their server, ZombieHorde is ten dollars and still works because its not dependent upon the NPC code.  It cant use guns properly from what I have seen but it will let you pepper the map in thousands of zombies which only activate when someone walks near.  You could configure them to only spawn at night and disappear during the day if you tweak the settings.

I'm not 100% on this, but i was reading on other sites that they were able to fix this exact issue by setting all the "aimanager" convars back to default. Since Rust now has humanNPCs and Animals all running on the same systems, some server owners that tuned down animal AI specifically are now seeing problems with NPCs spawned in from plugins. They didn't really specify which convar was causing it, but it may be worth everyone's time to double check their server cfg file for any manually adjusted AI convars and remove them to see if it helps. 

Kits dont seem to work either, but I also had issues with Night Zombies only allowing me to give scarecrows one weapon.

I've posted a temporary fix so the zombies should attack, but they won't use their beancans like before. I'll make a more complete fix at a later date.

The "sounds" from the zombie attack are not present.  No damage sounds ect.  Zombie does indeed do damage now though.  Several aspects seem different like the ratio and spread, but all of that is negotiable.  Just wanted to mention it if it had not already.
