I added this plugin, granted me the three permissions but every time I connect to the server I'm frozen. Since the server is not open to the public yet, I don't know if this happened only to me or can happen to anyone that connects to the server. Is this normal?

So I just add the mod to thee server and set no permissions and anyone with admin title is frozen.. With just the mod on the server and none of the 3 permissions set you are frozen the moment you join. The moment I remove the mod from the server I can walk around.
I have tried a combo of group admin with just freeze.use with oxide.grant group admin freeze.use no dice so I also did oxide.grant group admin freeze.protect
Same issue. So I removed the plugin and then went trought the data and config basicly all of oxide folder removed every trace and revoked the permissions same issue.
So I then added mod back and did oxide.grant group admin freeze.use and oxide.grant group admin freeze.protect and untill I ran /unfreezeall I couldn't move. So I ran that and moved around and then I disconnected and reconnected and I was frozen back till I ran /unfreezeall

Sounds like you did a wildcard grant of permissions, which is not recommended. Doing so would also grant the permission this plugin uses to keep track of who is frozen, which would be the freeze.frozen permission. There is no other way you would be frozen. Make sure you’ve saved the server after revoking the permissions.
I mean the permissions I have done is
oxide.grant group admin freeze.use
oxide.grant group admin freeze.protect
to me that is not wild card permissions right?
Also I am going to test the saving I am sure I did

I have the mod installed now and no permissions

So no permissions and I am frozen.
In the window you I can see "You are not alloed to use the 'unfreese' command.
So I gave admin permissions to freeze.use and freeze.protect
to move I had to run /unfreezeall to be able to move.
So then I Disconnected and reconnected.
Once I reconnect
I am able to move but then any other admin's connect I have to run /unfreeseall when any admin then save.server and server.writecfg and have them reconnect they can then walk around.
Strange issue. Let me know if you do not understand that. I am wondering if something is currupted some were and well when monthly wipe happens it might be a nice time for me to fix some stuff.
What does "oxide.show group admin" return?

Reviewed the plugin, not seeing how the admin players would be frozen without the permission being granted. Does the default group have the permission and set as the parent to admin?
I am sorry I do not 100% follow set as the parent to admin

I was going to also let you know that I setup a brand new server to test and all i did we premit admin to use it

This was the only mod loaded and admin was frozen till I ran /unfreezeall to be able to move.
This was for Rust 35284 and oxide v2.0.4203 all that was loaded on the server.

So far I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue or see why you’d have the issue, sorry.

I honestly don't see how that would be possible. But you could always remove one of the two plugins to try and find out if that's the issue.

I am now frozen in place until I unload the plugin.
Why is this happening to me again. I noticed this the first time I ever used it (Month or so ago) and had to uninstall it as it would let me go.
