was looking to make a separate chat for my admins so I did /chat group add admin  but how do I make it so they can type /a what ever message they have to say in the admin chat ? I tried making a chat called /a  i doesn't matter what I do or try to type in chat i get back unknow cammand or something like that 

You'd need a separate plugin for that, this plugin doesn't provide channels. Ex. https://umod.org/plugins/admin-chat

Lol I wasn't really sure how to get that working either.....is there a way to get 3 chats general. modorator and admin ?

There's also the Admin Chatroom plugin, but I think all of them were only designed for one group. You could ask for support for other groups though.
