Hello, I want a cooldown after every message, but it does not work. This is my config:

"Cooldown Period (seconds)": 4.0,
"Number of messages before cooldown": 1
}

And a screenshot of what is happening:

When i type the second message it also says "You're chatting too fast - try again in 3 seconds" but it should not send the second message.
