Better Chat Flood prevents chat flooding for both normal chat and Better Chat. It also features a configurable flood cooldown (5 seconds by default).

Permission Name -- Permission to be used to bypass the message cooldown.
Cooldown Period (seconds) -- Amount of seconds before a player can chat again after being blocked.
Number of messages before cooldown -- Number of messages a player can send before they're blocked from chatting.
