The permission dephens on it what kind of plugins you're using so for explain you can use playerlist then the perssion is going like this,
/o.grant group default playerlist.allowed
This permision allowes everybody on your server to use the whole playerlist,
As i said evey plugin got his own permision which is can be find on the plugin page self

For the Advanced Arrows plugin, you have to do 'oxide.grant group default advancedarrows.able'
But the permissions in Advanced Arrows are configurable so when you change the config you'll also have to grant the permissions again.
