I would find it really useful if you would be able to set permissions perzone zone ID.

This would allow server owners to set which zones people are allowed to build in if they are of a certain role, and which they are not.

This would be very useful for such things as VIP build zones, etc.

E.g. VIPs could build in a protected zone, but not built in admin zones.
