I created a zone with the flag "UnDestr" for PVE stuff. However, if you place a twig, you're not able to break it.
You can break it with the hammer if the timer let you.

Is there any way to be able to break twig in an "UnDestr" zone? Maybe the owner on the cupboard should be able to?

With all the RP/PVE stuff going on maybe it's best to add a new flag "NoRaid".

This flag would do 0 dmg if targeted by weapons/tools, unless you're the entity owner. Something like that..
