I dont want to use the nochat flag, to completely remove chat commands, but there are certain areas on the map, primarily monuments, where I dont want players to be able to use some features. 

Removing chat completely would hinder their ability to communicate with team mates if they do so through chat.

Having the ability to blacklist some chat commands would be prime.
