This feature doesn't seem to work for me.

I create a zone, give it a flag like autolights.
i create a larger zone around this one and give it the flag pvpgod true
i update the smaller zones parent id to itself as you can't use an non zone id and it still inherits the outer zones flags.

if i'm doing this wrong can you please clarify in the description on what parentid to use or if there's a required steps to take in order for this.

I have also tried setting the inner zone parentid to a monumentzone that has pvp enabled and working.
The inner zone still inherits the outerzone flags regardless of parentid.
