I am using both dynamic pvp and true pve.  I am running a mostly PVE server with pvp zones.  However the zones I have set to be pvp are not working.  I have a ruleset that I have put in dynamic pvp that allows player damage but not building damage.  It is still not allowing player damage. I can send config if needed.
