I'm unsure if it's possible to implement how I'm thinking, but I'd like to be able to assign the new safe zone to a zone in this plugin, so that way can set an exemption for admins so they aren't weapon blocked (use of UberTool mainly).

Similarly, just being able to specify custom Safe Zones (and benefiting from all the same perks, e.g. animals don't attack) and having the green UI flag appear would be really nice for custom POIs. +1 to this idea.
