I would like to suggest to add the possibility to show messages depending the zone the player is (from Zone Manager).

You will need to request this on Zone Manager's support forum. They will need to use their plugin to do the calculations of entering and exiting zones then use the API provided by my plugin to produce the announcements.

No idea what API it has, but if I did that would be backwards. There's no need for me to provide announcements for 3rd party plugins, and I shouldn't be the one to decide how to design those announcements as I'm not the developer of that plugin and will have very little knowledge on the plugin's design purpose.
I provide an announcement API should other developers wish to use it to add a bit of extra functionality to their plugin, I don't do the extra functionality for them.
