Add dynamic inspection area.in other words, In any time check if the area exists.
otherwise，When I deleted the zone, domes still exists, reloading the plugin is too much trouble.

The dome can be deleted automatically when the area created by the Dynamic-PVP disappears.

I like this idea... I have had to adjsut zone sizes also and the domes do not change.... dynamically changing the ZD as trhe zones change or get deleted is nice idea!!!
