when entering the zone the commands are executed double. please fixed this detail and thank you for your wonderful work

Could you please attach your /oxide/data/ZoneCommandMeta/ file for the zone you are talking about? Would also be great if you could set first line in .cs file to "#define DEBUG" (removing // from the first line works as well) and appending console output (with player ID).

This does not seem to happen on other servers/setups. Also, attach your /oxide/data/ZoneCommand/ configuration too :) so that I can investigate the issue further.
