is this possible to hide it but keep the xp system or could I move it to say the left side of the screen so its symetrical?

There are 5 options for the live UI locations. You can select the default location in the admin panel where it will show for new players and then each player can select where they want to have it (if enabled for players to move) in their settings page in the profile UIs

yes in the admin panel UI it has Live UI location option 1 - 5

Player change it in their profile UI under settings page
