The absolutely CRUCIAL part of this plugin is knowing what the shortcodes are to insert into your WordPress pages, and they're nowhere to be found on the web as the author has closed down his website, and didn't think to post them anywhere else, not here, not Github, not YouTube, not WordPress. Also there's no multi-server support, so a bit of a pointless excercise.

I know the author has said he has personal issues, and it's a shame because he obviously put a lot of work into this and now it's gone because of a decision not to post the short codes into the plugin itself, or present them anywhere.
