First off, thanks for creating this plugin! :)

I have one situation where the data file is under a folder, like:

ServerRewards/player_data

Will it work if I do this?

{
  "Filenames, without .json": [
    "ServerRewards/player_data",
    "AnotherFile"
  ]
}​

No. I haven't. I expect it's unlikely it will so I was waiting for the author to advise.

Sorry, didn't see this thread (For whatever reason there was no notifications).

As an answer -> Yes, it will. You can add as many subfolders as you want.
