the windspeed settings are the amount of Wind that will Push against Airdrop when the Wind randomly effects it on its way down.
setting Them both to say 1.0, Airdrop will deviate minimally on its way down, But settings Min to say 1.0 and Max to 10.0. it will randomly set the period Wind push to something in between.
