I used the command whitelist.allow (steamID64 (Dec):) but he wont be able to join says he is not white listed. I tried his name and everything. I am not so good with code and the servers site i got my server on helpt me with my user name and said to enter the command and it worked but now i doenst work for my friend. They told me to contact here and maybe it canbe solved.

Sounds like his Steam ID doesn't have the permission. Make sure you are using the Steam ID you see in the console/logs when they are connecting. Also verify the version you are using.

How do i know the version? The server was setup yesterday and the mod installed today so i guess the most recent.

Where are you using the command and what was the response?

i using it in web console like the first time i needed to enter it there
i got no reponse

only response when he joins and that is teh set response of not whitelisted

I'm referring to the log files, not the plugin. Don't worry about it for now. I suspect the issue is your host and their web panel not working. I'd suggest trying another method such as RCON or ingame as admin.
