I want to be able to give my donors access to my test server. Is it possible to grant access to a group and transfer a TimedPermissions file from the primary server to the test and "sync" them?
Or do I have to grant each user permission per player?

Oxide permissions are for both players and groups, so I see no reason why not as it would act just like the player had it.
